I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr John, and staff. Even last Friday when my son and I had to put his childhood dog, Naache down. They were ALL SO understanding, and gave us plenty of time to spend with him, before we had to say our sorrowful goodbyes to our "family member". I would VERY highly recommend Dr John,,and even if I moved out of the area, I would still seek his care for any and ALL of my pets!!! Dr. John has been our vet in the past when he was at St. Anna vet clinic about 5 yrs ago. He remembered our dog, Buster, when I sent him an email about Buster's hematomas. We visited our vet 4 times for about $450 dollars. The hematomas kept reoccurring. I asked Dr. John for an opinion on the situation. Dr. John set up an appointment 2 days later! Our vet also told us Buster's ear yeast infection was cleared up after 2 treatments along with the hematomas. Nit only did Dr. John check Buster's ears, he treated them with extremely little cost! Dr. John is such a wonderful & caring person! He will be seeing us more even rhough he is a little more further away than our vet office in St. Anna!
Dr. John is awesome!!! Best vet ever! He always takes the time answers questions and address concerns. His staff is friendly and helpful as well. We always have a pleasant experience! I highly recommend.
