Went their for the Old World Market and man was it fantastic. Jamie was super helpful, she helped us snap a photo with St. Nick on top of her running around helping other guests with questions! Overall it was an awesome way to spend a Saturday morning.
The Osthoff was amazing. Very clean large rooms. The beds we're Super comfy and my kids enjoyed having their own loft. All the winter decorations gave it a magical feel!
Very large and beautiful resort. Went to the spa with a bridal party for hair and make-up. After I paid for my service it was brought to my attention by other girls who got the same service that I was over charged and I was not provided with a receipt. I was from out of town and didn't have time to go back to get my refund/dispute. Girls complained about make-up as no one was really asked how they wanted their make-up done and complained of having to touch up not long after the service was complete. The spa bathroom was very nice. It had everything you could think of available, razors, tooth brush and tooth paste, mouth wash, hair spray and gel. If you are driving to the spa there is a sign to point you in the direction of where it is located but no visible sign that tells you which door to go in. It is the door before the restaurant.
Wow we were pleasantly surprised. Great Resort with much to do. Many great restaurants. The pool and whirlpool were great. Beautiful suites. Lots to do. Beautiful Lake and many well manicured grounds. Special rates for veterans. Easy to find. Fitness center Business Center. Friendly staff. Suites are like little luxury apartments. Loved it!!
Expensive, but I could have gone scuba diving in the tub. Great experience on a very clear lake, to boot. Liked that they had so many rentals like water bikes. Bartender was a professional whistler.
