Love Henschel's Indian museum and Trout Farm. Always a destination when we are in Elkhart Lake. Too bad I don't like the little bones in the trout.

Went there for the trout fishing. Caught plenty of fish very easily. Nothing fancy but that's fine by me. They'll clean and package them in ziplock bags for you
